- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook Macaroni: Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until just al dente; drain and set aside.
- Make Cheese Sauce: In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons butter. Whisk in flour and cook until golden. Slowly whisk in warm milk and cream until thickened. Stir in mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Add cheeses, stirring until melted. Drizzle in truffle oil.
- Combine and Bake: Fold in macaroni and lobster. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
