Cool off on a hot day with this refreshing Watermelon Water recipe. Made with fresh watermelon, lime juice, and a hint of sweetness, it’s a hydrating and delicious beverage perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Scale

Watermelon Water:

  • 6 cups seedless watermelon cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Watermelon Mixture: Place watermelon cubes, lime juice, honey or agave (if using), and cold water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust Sweetness: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Strain (Optional): For a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  4. Chill and Serve: Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
