Description

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add parsley if desired.
  2. Marinate Steaks: Place steaks in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours for best results.
