Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roast the tomatoes: Toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet for 15–20 minutes until soft.
- Prepare the cheese mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Spread in a baking dish.
- Add tomatoes and bake: Top the cheese mixture with roasted tomatoes. Bake for 15–18 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve: Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve warm with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
