These Supreme Pizza Hand Pies are a delicious twist on traditional pizza, with a flaky crust filled with all your favorite pizza toppings. Perfect for a fun meal or snack!

For the Hand Pies:

  • 1 refrigerated pie crust or 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni or chopped regular pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Optional: grated Parmesan and crushed red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into 6–8 even circles or rectangles.
  3. Mix together pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, bell pepper, olives, red onion, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spoon filling onto half of each dough piece, fold over, and press edges to seal.
  5. Place hand pies on baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with Parmesan and red pepper flakes.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
