Instructions
- Marinate the shrimp: In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Prepare the slaw: Mix cabbage, cilantro, garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate.
- Cook the shrimp: Heat a skillet, cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
- Warm tortillas: Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
