Description

  • 1–2 tsp sriracha

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • ½ cucumber (diced)
  • 1 sheet nori (cut into small strips or crumbles)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Optional: green onions or pickled ginger for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare Sushi Rice: Mix warm cooked sushi rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let cool.
  2. Make Spicy Shrimp Mixture: Combine chopped shrimp with mayo and sriracha.
  3. Assemble Stacks: Layer rice, cucumber, avocado, and shrimp in a cup. Invert onto a plate.
  4. Finish: Top with nori, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of soy sauce. Serve.
