  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Garnish:

  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Noodles: Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Cook Shrimp: Heat sesame oil and vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp.
  4. Sauté Aromatics: In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  5. Combine: Add noodles and sauce to the pan. Toss to coat. Return shrimp and stir until heated through.
