  • 2 ½ lbs baby potatoes or Yukon Golds, quartered

Lipton Onion Soup Mix:

  • 1 packet (1 oz) Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Seasonings:

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Slow Cooker: Spray the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray or lightly grease it with oil.
  2. Coat Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, garlic powder, and black pepper until well coated.
  3. Transfer to Slow Cooker: Transfer the potatoes to the slow cooker and spread them out evenly.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 4–5 hours or High for 2–3 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender. Stir once halfway through if possible for even cooking.
