Baby Potatoes:
- 2 ½ lbs baby potatoes or Yukon Golds, quartered
Lipton Onion Soup Mix:
- 1 packet (1 oz) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Oil or Butter:
- ¼ cup olive oil or melted butter
Seasonings:
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Slow Cooker: Spray the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray or lightly grease it with oil.
- Coat Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, garlic powder, and black pepper until well coated.
- Transfer to Slow Cooker: Transfer the potatoes to the slow cooker and spread them out evenly.
- Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 4–5 hours or High for 2–3 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender. Stir once halfway through if possible for even cooking.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
