Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a casserole dish.
- Sauté Vegetables and Shrimp: In a skillet, sauté onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, and shrimp until shrimp turn pink.
- Mix Ingredients: Combine cooked rice, shrimp mixture, mayonnaise, cheeses, seasonings, and green onions in a bowl.
