Description
This quick and refreshing mango iced tea is the perfect summer drink. Made with sweet mango puree and freshly brewed tea, it’s a delightful blend of fruity and floral flavors that will keep you cool on a hot day.

For the mango puree:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
For the tea:
- 4 cups water
- 4 black tea bags
- Ice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Make the mango puree: In a blender, combine the chopped mangoes, water, and sugar. Blend until smooth. Strain the puree to remove any fibers.
- Brew the tea: In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes. Discard the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.
- Combine: In a pitcher, mix the mango puree with the brewed tea. Stir well to combine.
- Serve: Fill glasses with ice and pour the mango iced tea over the ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness of the tea by adding more or less sugar to the mango puree.
- For a stronger tea flavor, steep the tea bags longer before combining with the mango puree.
