For the Burger Patties:
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For Assembly:
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup prepared southwest ranch or chipotle mayo
- Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
- Burger Patties: In a large bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties and cook on a grill or skillet until done.
- Assembly: Butter one side of each tortilla. Place tortilla in skillet, add cheese, burger patty, bacon, tomatoes, green onions, mayo, more cheese, and fold over. Cook until golden brown.
Notes
- Customize with avocado, sautéed onions, or jalapeños.
- For extra spice, use pepper jack cheese or add hot sauce to mayo.
