Description

These Quesadilla Burgers are a delicious fusion of Tex-Mex flavors, combining juicy beef patties with gooey cheese, crispy bacon, and zesty toppings, all folded in a warm tortilla. Perfect for a fun and flavorful meal!

For the Burger Patties:

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For Assembly:

  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup prepared southwest ranch or chipotle mayo
  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Burger Patties: In a large bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties and cook on a grill or skillet until done.
  2. Assembly: Butter one side of each tortilla. Place tortilla in skillet, add cheese, burger patty, bacon, tomatoes, green onions, mayo, more cheese, and fold over. Cook until golden brown.
