Ingredients
Scale
Biscuit Dough:
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
Cheese Mixture:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Additional:
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch round baking dish or cake pan.
- Cut and mix: Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, mozzarella cheese, mini pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Toss everything together until the biscuit pieces are evenly coated.
- Bake: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the center is cooked through. If needed, cover loosely with foil during the last 10 minutes to prevent over-browning.
- Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can substitute chopped full-size pepperoni or add cooked sausage or diced bell peppers for variety.
- Best served fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
