- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 3 tablespoons lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups cold water
For Serving and Garnish:
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint or fruit slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the Fresh Fruit: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, strawberries, lime juice, honey or agave, and cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Strain the Mixture: Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
- Chill and Serve: Chill the agua fresca in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice and garnish with mint or fruit slices if desired.

- You can use frozen fruit if fresh isn’t available—just thaw slightly before blending.
