Peanut Butter Swirl:

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the brownie batter: In a medium bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; mix until just combined.
  3. Prepare the pan: Pour the brownie batter into the pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. Create the swirl: In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter. Drop spoonfuls over the brownie batter and swirl gently with a knife.

Notes
