For the orange sauce:

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Set up a breading station with beaten eggs and a mixture of cornstarch and flour. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in flour.
