- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries or chopped fruit (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Mix dry ingredients: Combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla, milk, sweetener, and applesauce.
- Combine and bake: Mix wet ingredients into dry, fold in nuts and fruit, pour into dish, and bake for 35–40 minutes until set.
- Cool and serve: Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
