Spaghetti or Lo Mein Noodles:

Ground Beef:

Vegetable Oil:

Low-Sodium Soy Sauce:

1/2 cup

Brown Sugar:

1/4 cup

Hoisin Sauce:

2 tablespoons

Cornstarch mixed with Water:

1 tablespoon cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional):

1/2 teaspoon

Green Onions, sliced:

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef in oil until fully cooked.
