Oat Crumble Topping:
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold and cut into small cubes)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mixed Berry Filling: In a large bowl, combine the mixed berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss until well coated and transfer to a greased 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Oat Crumble Topping: In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over the berries.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
