Ingredients
Pancake Mix:

Milk:
- 2/3 cup
Egg:
- 1 large
Maple Syrup:

Cooked Breakfast Sausage:
- 1/2 cup (crumbled)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese:
- 1/2 cup
Nonstick Spray or Oil:

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Prepare the batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, egg, and maple syrup until smooth. Gently fold in the cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Fill the muffin tin: Spoon the batter evenly into the mini muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Let cool slightly before removing from the pan. Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup or pack for an on-the-go breakfast.
