Ingredients

Egg:

    1 large

Maple Syrup:

    1/2 cup (crumbled)

Shredded Cheddar Cheese:

    1/2 cup

Nonstick Spray or Oil:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
