Instructions
- Cook the Potatoes: Place potatoes in a pot, cover with water, add salt, and boil until tender.
- Mash and Combine: Drain potatoes, mash, and mix in cream cheese, sour cream, butter, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Optional: Fold in cheddar cheese. Adjust seasoning.
