Description

These Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Rolls are a delicious twist on classic jalapeno poppers, combining spicy jalapenos, creamy cheese, and savory bacon in a convenient handheld form. Perfect for parties or as a flavorful snack.

Ingredients

Scale

Dough:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2–3 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Additional:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Optional extra cheese or jalapeño slices for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, and green onions.
  3. Prepare the dough: Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 12 equal squares.
  4. Fill the dough: Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square. Fold the dough around the filling, pinch to seal, and form into a ball.
  5. Assemble: Arrange the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with smoked paprika, and add extra cheese or jalapeño slices if desired.
  6. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving.
