- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2–3 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Additional:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Optional extra cheese or jalapeño slices for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, and green onions.
- Prepare the dough: Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 12 equal squares.
- Fill the dough: Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square. Fold the dough around the filling, pinch to seal, and form into a ball.
- Assemble: Arrange the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with smoked paprika, and add extra cheese or jalapeño slices if desired.
- Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
