For the Slaw:
- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1–2 fresh jalapeños, seeds removed and finely diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
For the Dressing:
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, jalapeños, and cilantro. Mix well.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Pour dressing over slaw mixture and toss until evenly coated. Ensure all ingredients are well combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld. Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add an extra 2–3 tablespoons of ranch dressing.
- For more heat, leave in some jalapeño seeds or add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
