Marinade:
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 cloves garlic minced, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger), 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Garnish:
2 tablespoons chopped green onions, sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
