Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the cupcake pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add honey, then beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Fold in diced peaches.
- Bake: Divide batter into cupcake liners and bake for 18–20 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
- Make the frosting: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar, honey, and vanilla. Spread or pipe onto cooled cupcakes.
