Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the cupcake pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add honey, then beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla extract.
