Turkey Wings:

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the honey glaze:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the turkey wings: Rub turkey wings with olive oil and season with spice mix. Bake covered for 1 hour.
  3. Make the honey glaze: Combine honey, soy sauce, butter, Dijon mustard, vinegar, and garlic in a saucepan. Simmer until thickened.
