For the Pizza Pockets:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1 (13.8 oz) can refrigerated pizza dough or homemade dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
