  3. Add Dry Ingredients: Add the flour, salt, and baking powder, mixing just until no streaks of flour remain. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  4. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the center is just set and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
