Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in Greek yogurt, vanilla, and eggs until well combined.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Add the flour, salt, and baking powder, mixing just until no streaks of flour remain. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20–25 minutes until the center is just set and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool and Serve: Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing.
