Lobster Tails:

Instructions

- Prepare lobster tails: Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the center. Pull the meat up through the slit, resting it on top of the shell.
- Make stuffing: Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, lemon juice, parsley, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff lobster tails: Spoon the stuffing mixture over each lobster tail, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Bake: Place stuffed tails on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until lobster is opaque and topping is golden brown.
- Serve: Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
