Sirloin Steak Bites:
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Parmesan Cream Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Sear the Steak: Season steak bites with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until browned.
- Make the Sauce: Sauté garlic in butter, add cream, Parmesan, and seasonings. Simmer until thickened.
- Coat the Steak: Toss steak bites in sauce until coated. Simmer to warm through. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Serve over mashed potatoes, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
- For extra richness, add a splash of white wine to the sauce before adding cream.
