Crispix Mix:
- 1 (12 oz) box Crispix cereal
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Additional:
- 1 (1.9 oz) bottle furikake rice seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the cereal: Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Grease a roasting pan or line with parchment paper. Spread Crispix cereal in the pan.
- Make the sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in sugar, corn syrup, soy sauce, and Worcestershire. Simmer until sugar dissolves.
- Coat the cereal: Pour sauce over cereal, toss to coat. Sprinkle furikake, toss again.
- Bake: Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15–20 minutes.
- Cool and serve: Cool completely before serving or storing.
Notes
- You can use a mix of Rice Chex and Corn Chex instead of Crispix.
- Adjust sweetness or saltiness to taste.
- Enhance with rice crackers, pretzels, or nuts.
