Street Corn Mixture:

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • optional hot sauce and lime wedges for serving

Additional:

  • 8 small corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken strips in buttermilk and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
