- 1 tbsp butter

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until warmed through.
- Cook the Eggs: In another skillet, melt butter and cook the eggs to your preference.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Lightly toast the buns. Spread mayonnaise on each bun half, then layer with cheese, chicken, and a cooked egg. Add optional toppings. Top with the remaining bun half and serve warm.
