  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (dyed green with a few drops of food coloring)
  • optional: Peeps or chocolate bunnies for decoration

Instructions

  1. Crush the Golden Oreos: Crush the Golden Oreos in a food processor or in a sealed plastic bag with a rolling pin until fine crumbs form. Set aside.
  2. Prepare Cream Filling: In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Make Pudding Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
