Description

This Dill Pickle Pasta Salad is a refreshing twist on traditional pasta salad, combining tender pasta with crunchy dill pickles, savory cheddar cheese, and a tangy dressing. Perfect for picnics, potlucks, or as a side dish for any meal!

Pasta:

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni or small pasta of choice

Salad:

  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Dressing:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
