Ingredients
For the Mascarpone Cream:
1 cup heavy cream, 8 oz mascarpone cheese (softened), 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
For Assembly:
1/2 cup raspberry jam, 1/2 cup water, 2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur (optional), 24 ladyfinger cookies (savoiardi), 2 cups fresh raspberries, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (for dusting), additional raspberries and mint leaves for garnish (optional).
Instructions
- Prepare Mascarpone Cream: Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Blend mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
- Assemble Tiramisu: Combine raspberry jam, water, and raspberry liqueur. Dip ladyfingers into mixture and layer in a dish. Spread half of mascarpone cream, add raspberries, repeat layering. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Final Touches: Dust with cocoa powder before serving. Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.
