  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
  2. Mix Cake Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Fold in toasted pecans.
