Chicken:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Sauce:
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Other:
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker: Coat the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare chicken: Arrange chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Make sauce: In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Pour over the chicken.
- Add stuffing: Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly on top.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
- Optional cheese: If desired, add shredded cheddar cheese during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
- Serve: Enjoy warm with your favorite veggies or a side salad.

- You can use cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken.
- For a heartier dish, include 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables under the stuffing layer before cooking.
