- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables

- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray.
- Season the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Make the Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Add the Stuffing: Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the top. Pour the chicken broth over the stuffing without stirring.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender. Add vegetables during the last hour if desired.
- Finish and Serve: Before serving, gently mix the stuffing layer into the creamy sauce beneath. Shred or slice the chicken as desired and serve warm with garnish.

- For a richer flavor, use cream of mushroom soup or a blend of both soups.
- This recipe can also be made with thighs for a juicier result.
