Gravy Mix:
- 1 packet (1 ounce) dry chicken gravy mix
Ranch Seasoning Mix:
- 1 packet (1 ounce) dry ranch seasoning mix
Cream of Chicken Soup:
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
Chicken Broth:
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth or water
Seasonings:
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a greased or lined Crock Pot.
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together gravy mix, ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
- Cook: Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred Chicken: Once done, shred the chicken using forks directly in the slow cooker. Stir to combine with the gravy and let sit on warm for 10–15 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Serve: Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, egg noodles, or biscuits. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
