For the Garlic Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Set up three shallow bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mixture. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until golden brown. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Make the Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, add chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer until slightly thickened. Whisk in Parmesan cheese.
