  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chopped kale or spinach
  • 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Soup Base: Heat olive oil in a large pot, cook Italian sausage until browned. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery, sauté until vegetables soften.
