Steak:

Sauce:

- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz Gorgonzola cheese (crumbled)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
