For the Chicken & Broccoli:
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Tortellini and Broccoli: Cook tortellini according to package directions. Add broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Creamy Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, whisk in flour, then slowly add cream and broth. Simmer and thicken.
- Combine Ingredients: Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add chicken, tortellini, and broccoli. Cook until heated through.
