- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 3 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and Greek yogurt or applesauce.
- Mix wet and dry: Add wet ingredients to the dry mixture and combine well. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Prepare streusel topping: Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over oatmeal mixture.
- Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
