  • 1 round loaf of Italian bread or muffuletta bread (about 10 inches wide)
  • 1 cup olive salad (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 ounces sliced Genoa salami
  • 4 ounces sliced mortadella or bologna
  • 4 ounces sliced ham
  • 4 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 4 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice the bread: Slice the round loaf of bread in half horizontally. If the loaf is very thick, scoop out a bit of the inside from each half to make room for the fillings.
