Banana Chips:
- 2 ripe but firm bananas
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)
Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Slice the Bananas: Slice the bananas into thin, even rounds (about 1/8-inch thick).
- Prepare Cinnamon Sugar Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Coat Banana Slices: Lightly brush or toss the banana slices with melted coconut oil.
- Air Fry: Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Add Cinnamon Sugar: Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the hot chips immediately after cooking.
- Cool and Serve: Let the chips cool completely on a wire rack to finish crisping before serving or storing.
