Marinade:
- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ cup beef broth
Stir-Fry:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Instructions
- Marinate the Beef: In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and beef broth. Add sliced beef, coat well, and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Stir-Fry: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet. Stir-fry broccoli until tender, then set aside. Add remaining oil, brown beef, add garlic and ginger, then return broccoli. Pour in remaining sauce, cook until thickened. Drizzle with sesame oil.
