Chicken:

  • pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Asparagus:

  • 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces)

Additional:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
