Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or chopped)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Butter or oil for grilling
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic for 30–60 seconds until fragrant. Add the cooked chicken, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and the cream cheese is melted and coats the chicken. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted slightly.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas and roll them up tightly, folding in the sides. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly butter or oil the surface. Place the wraps seam-side down and grill for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Slice in half and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
